Mia Souther, Chief of Staff, Editor of Wellness
Mia Souther is the Chief of Staff, Co-Director of Social Media, and Editor of Wellness for The Daily Howl at Castaic High School. Mia’s passions have led her to become President of Bring Change to Mind at Castaic High School, President of the French Honors Society, a former ASB lieutenant, and was alternate secretary on the District Advisory Council. Mia was awarded 3rd place in the J-day 2020 social media contest. She is a Yellow Ribbon ambassador for suicide awareness and hopes to use the wellness column to end the stigma behind mental health. Mia strives to bring a different perspective and many educating articles to The Daily Howl. Outside of journalism, Mia enjoys playing the guitar and traveling.
