Halloween is a season long awaited for those who enjoy a great scare and know that it won’t be the same just like how Christmas is without Santa and Valentines without Chocolates, Halloween is nothing without its own movies. From James Wan’s Insidious to Conjuring, these are the classic films that have been watched continuously due to the immense fear it had brought upon its viewers, but there are far more movies that would surely even bring you a heart attack. Starting from the movies that had been recently released this year.

Addams Family 2

Addams Family 2 may not give the ideal scare you were looking for but it is a family friendly movie that had just been released on the 1st of October this year. It is a sequel to the 2019 franchise by Conrad Vernon and Greg Tiernan, “The Addams Family”. Addams embodying a love for the dark and strange portrayed into a comedic style over which horror fans can relate to.

There’s Someone Inside Your House

As Netflix continues its production, they are known to release every possible genre of shows and movies available, especially horror. Netflix has yet again released a new 2021 horror film close to the season, “There’s Someone Inside Your House”. This just might be the perfect movie to scare your hats off with it’s terrifying antagonist of a mysterious slasher who also exposes their deepest, darkest secrets.

Halloween Kills

A great way to kick off this list is a sequel to the 2018 box office hit “Halloween” directed by David Gordon Green set to release on the 15th of October called “Halloween Kills”. With Jamie Lee Curtis reprising her role as Laurie Strode and Jade Jude Coutney as Michael Myers. Gordon’s “Halloween Kills” will surely be a movie worth watching.
