Nadia Geisser, staff writer
Nadia Geisser is a staff writer for the wellness section of The Daily Howl at Castaic High School. She is extremely passionate about the well being of every community and the youth. She wants to express the importance of mental health, and the several ways it can be impacted such as through societal, family, and systemically rooted issues. She was inspired by her own struggle with mental health, and strives to help others push through their mental obstacles. She hopes to one day end the stigma around mental health and provide a safe environment for everyone to feel comfortable to speak about it, and ultimately receive help.
