#9. Facetime/Skype/Zoom with family and friends. Even though we are not always able to get out of the house, try to connect with friends and family. Hanging out with your friends virtually can be as fun as hanging out in person. You and your friends can play multiplayer games and have a discussion.

#10. Take a walk outside. Going outside can improve your overall mood drastically as you spend time with nature. Sunlight provides vitamin D, which is important especially while we are trapped at home on the screen. Interacting with nature can improve creative writing as well as improving many health components. Don’t forget to take your mask with you.

Lastly, remember that even during a worldwide pandemic spending time to improve yourself is always important. You will learn new things about yourself every day and will improve your overall mood and health.
