Bring Change to Mind Hosts Semi-Annual Stress-Reducing Week for Finals

With finals week approaching quickly, Bring Change to Mind (BC2M), a club devoted to ending the stigma behind mental health is hosting their semi-annual stress-reducing week. It’s important to take time to take care of yourself despite the pressured circumstances that finals week may spark. Thankfully, BC2M’s events taking place next week will help you do just that!

The Schedule

Monday (12/13): Therapy dogs in the Zen Den (room 212) during lunch. 

Tuesday (12/14): Listen to and add songs to the collaborative Spotify study playlist.

Wednesday (12/15): Pick up a coloring page in the Zen Den (room 212).

Thursday (12/16): Practice the Stillness for Stress Relief Meditation
